‘3 Storeys’ Movie 3rd Day Box Office Collection
Newly released Bollywood movie ‘3 Storeys’ earned Rs 1.65 crore total box office collection in the first weekend. Featuring Sharman Joshi, Richa Chadda, Pulkit Samrat and Masumeh Makhija in the lead roles, the latest Hindi film registered a business of Rs 0.85 crore on third day of its release in India. Produced under the banners ‘B4U Motion Pictures’ and ‘Excel Entertainment’, the Bollywood film is expected to cross Rs 2 crore box office mark by the end of first week.
Directed by renowned filmmaker Arjun Mukherjee, ‘3 Storeys’ released in India on 9th March this year. The romantic film witnessed 2-3% occupancy on first day of its release. Receiving mixed reviews from critics, the Bollywood movie earned Rs 0.35 crore income on opening day at Bollywood Box Office. The Hindi language film witnessed little growth in theatre occupancy on day 2 and made a business of Rs 0.45 crore on 2nd day.
After earning Rs 0.80 crore total box office collection in two days, the Bollywood film faced more growth in the public response on Sunday. The Hindi language movie registered a business of Rs 0.85 crore on third day of its release and ended up earning Rs 1.65 crore total worldwide box office collection in the opening weekend. The Bollywood movie showcased poor performance at the box office in initial three days of its release in India.
The Hindi language film faced box office competition with adjacently released Bollywood movies ‘Hate Story 4’ and ‘Dil Juunglee’. Featuring Sooraj Pancholi, Karan Wahi and Urvashi Rautela in the main cast, the fourth installment in ‘Hate Story’ film series made a total business of Rs 12 crore in the first weekend. Taapsee Pannu starrer ‘Dil Juunglee’ received comparatively low response from audiences and collected a total income of Rs 1 crore in the opening weekend.
