October 3rd Day Collection Box Office Report Total Business Income : Featuring Banitha Sandhu and Gitanjali Rao in the female lead roles, ‘October’ movie faced an amazing boost to its earnings on 2nd day. The Hindi language film witnessed an unexpected hike in the public response on day 2 and garnered an income of Rs 7.47 crore at box office. Within two days, the Bollywood movie collected a total amount of Rs 12.52 crore at India’s box office.

Taking a silent start to the box office journey, Varun Dhawan starrer Hindi movie registered a business of Rs 5.04 crore on 1st day of its release. The multi-starrer romantic offering was expected to earn more than Rs 10 crore on day 1, but it failed to meet the trade analysts predictions. It was surprising to see the public response rising on 2nd day of the film’s release. The Bollywood movie witnessed an unexpected surge in the theatre occupancy on Saturday.

Though Varun Dhawan’s recently released Bollywood films created new records at India’s box office, his latest celluloid seems to have derailed from the track of doing good business at the box office. Varun’s previous film ‘Judwaa 2’ became the highest grossing film of his career. Directed by David Dhawan, the romantic flick made a total collection of Rs 227.75 crore at the worldwide box office. The Hindi film’s 3rd day collection was reported to be Rs 22 crore.

Varun Dhawan’s another film ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’, which was released worldwide in year 2017, acquired strong position in the list of highest grossing movies in year 2018. The Hindi language flick had earned Rs 116.68 crore total collection at India’s box office. Showcasing excellent performance in first weekend, the Bollywood celluloid had garnered Rs 16 crore income on 3rd day of release. Varun’s latest movie ‘October’ is expected to earn up to Rs 10 crore on day 3.
